Rezumat

In this paper, we have attempted to see if the extra-professional activities practiced by workers of the city of Lubumbashi have an influence on work performance. In the affirmative, this relationship is obvious. In this vision, two qualitative methods were adopted, one consisting of naturalistic observation and the other allowing to '' to deepen the targeted cases, competent by the interview, observation, and analysis of speeches. The results obtained show that the practice of extra-professional activities that generate or do not generate income, on the one hand, encourages the development of usable individual skills in regulatory work. This has negative effects on the behavior and on the performance of the company when the practice of these is contrary to morality.
