Le diagnostic de la TB chez l’enfant n’est pas aisé, par le fait que sa situation est déclarée par son accompagnant et même si l’échantillon est prélevé, il est souvent négatif à cause de son insuffisance en bacilles tuberculeux, A travers cette étude, nous voulons déterminer le profil de différents échantillons prélevés à différentes tranches d’âge pour nous permettre d’identifier l’échantillon potentiel à bacille tuberculeux pour contribuer à améliorer le diagnostic de la tuberculose chez les enfants en suivant l’âge dans le pays en générale, à Kinshasa en particulier.
